Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING

All Crima orders are shipped from our logistic center in Slovenia.

We do ship worldwide with different postal services such as AT post, Hermes, BRT, Colissimo, Royal Mail 48, Fedex, GLS, and many more depending on the country you order from. If you need further assistance on this let us know!

Our shipment inside of EU countries is free of charge. 

If you order outside of EU countries, just check the additional shipping cost at the check out. They vary from country to country.

If you can not find your country at the checkout for shipment, please contact us at hello@thecrima.com, so we can arrange it for you.

Placing your order on Mo-Thu, your parcel will go on its way to you latest the next day. You will also receive an email with a tracking link.

If any error occurs after dropping the packages with one of our courier services, Crima does not have an influence on this.

When the address of the customer can not be found by one of our courier services, any return charges have to be payed by the customer.

Shipments to Post Office Boxes are not possible as a signature is required on delivery. In case of absence contact one of our courier services to arrange a time that fits your schedule!

Orders outside the EU could be affected by additional customs or import costs, which have to be covered by the customer. Rather check the possible duty charges before placing an order.

 

 

 

RETURNS 

Unfortunately, returns can only be accepted from EU countries, since we have to pay a high fee on every non-EU returning item at the customs office. We as a small brand just can't afford this occurrence right now, we wish it would be different.

We hope you understand! We are working on a future-solution.

For everyone ordering from the EU: If you want to return (a part of) your order, you can do so by sending back the package within 14 days of receipt with filling out this Return Form (click!).

Print it out and put it in the packaging before sending it back to us.

If you want to exchange one product please return it like described here and write us a mail with your exchange wish and your order number to hello@thecrima.com

We hope you understand that we can only accept returns, that arrive on time and are in original condition and complete when it comes to the products, but also the pouches they are in. Please use the original shipping packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly advise to send back the items with a trackable courier service and an insured delivery such as DHL, since we do not take responsibility for any lost items.

After receiving the return package, the pieces will be inspected if they meet the refund inquiries as described above.

The refund will be transferred to the payment method you chose at check out.

We do not refund shipping costs, international customs duties or other additional tax costs.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
